I've been to tons of BJJ Schools, and each school has terminology that is unique to their own.  What I might call The Flower Sweep, another school might call The Pendulum Sweep.

Our Age Specific Rotating Curriculum offers you plug & play lesson plans. They are broken down into multiple belt systems and can easily work for any affiliation or belt ranking system you might use.  We also include our Life Skills Stripes - which require your students to earn colored stripes on their belt in 4 areas: Discipline, Fitness, Focus, & Teamwork (the parents of your students are going to LOVE this!)
